I am so thankful for Devon (and his Team Member) for their expertise, time and patience in explaining the problem & solution. I had Valencia Shower doors install a barn door on my shower. I love the look and the service. it has been over a year now, and the door wasn't staying shut. I called and immediately they had someone scheduled to come out and adjust it NO CHARGE! The young man who did the work was so great. If I could give more stars to this company I would. From the original quote to today, nothing but great service. Thank you!

I'm a licensed GC and owner of Puroserve Water Conditioning. I was remodeling a shower in my rental property in Newhall and decided to do a frameless shower door. Called the company I've used on past jobs in Hollywood and they said they were 3 weeks out.
Found Valencia Custom shower doors online and talked to Stuart on the phone Thursday. Since Monday was Labor day we set up for Tuesday to measure for layout. He said if we agree on things Tuesday, he could install Thursday.
Leo showed up right on time to measure Tuesday morning. He was pro and very personable. We agreed on details and he said

I was in the market for new shower doors. I hated my shower curtains and decided to give Valencia custom shower doors a try due to a lot of positive referrals from friends. I was very pleased with the process. Leo came out to measure all my doors and carefully explained to me what my best options were and the price could not be beat. The installation was done yesterday and the crew, Devin and Daniel came right on time worked professionally and quickly. All there doors in about 3 hours or even less. The doors are beautiful and its everything I had pictured! thank you guys so much!!

Great customer service! They installed a framed door on our re-tiled shower in our older house. The installers and estimator were friendly and courteous. We did have some water leakage coming out under the door in a couple spots. They sent their guys out 3 times to fix it and the last fix appears to have solved the problem. I appreciate that they stood by their work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new shower door.

Great service. Sales team gave good guidance on which doors and style to purchase. Had minor leak issues which took a couple of attempts to fix, but the install guys were always courteous and professional. They wanted not only me to be satisfied but they took pride in their work as well. Nice to see. Love the doors.
