Called them to pump and inspect tank for the sale of the property. They called me less than 24 hours in advance and told me they couldn't make it. Rescheduled the service for the day after the original date. The owner came out for the inspection, and told me he is the only person that does the inspection, and he had an emergency with the last job. So... he made more money, and cost me money.
He did take 25 off a 625 service, but I had to ask what he was doing to do to make it right.

There was a pretty good snow storm last night and after putting in a 12 hour shift shoveling and fighting the weather all night long , I had a flat tire on the way home.... Had issues with stripped lugs and couldn't get my spare off, gave up and was waiting on a tow. An employee then came out with some of his own tools and changed my tire for me. These are great people and definitely worth doing business with. The employee wouldn't even take any cash from me. So if and when I need their services I will be giving them my business. Steven Shankster performed a full septic system inspection for me on a house I was looking to purchase. It took almost a full hour to find the septic system on the 5+ acre property because the existing county records were light on detail and the system had been installed more than 40 years ago. Despite this, they kept at it and Steven did some clever deduction to determine that actually the septic system was nowhere near the house but was over 200 feet away. I wish there were more stars for this rating. I was in a pinch needing some work done. After a quote from another place I was stunned by what the work was gonna cost. I got a second quote and opinion from Shankster Bros. Steven came out quickly and did an amazing job for much much less than the other place. If you need septic work done, call these guys! Can't beat these people..........This afternoon the guys were down in Silver Lake after the storm, and they helped my son clean up a tree from the storm that passed through a little earlier. Wouldn't take a penny for their help. I knew I used their septic service for some good reason other than the obvious.

Jeremy was here today. He did an outstanding job. He showed me at each step what was going on with our system, and thoroughly and clearly explained why he was making the changes he did. He also explained in general how a septic system works, and what to look for to be sure it is continuing to work properly. I highly recommend using Shankster Bros. for your regular pumping and septic repairs.
