Excel came out to do a free inspection for a possible mouse problem. Drew was great, professional and informative. I really appreciated that he was not a hard salesman, I hate companies that are only interested in selling you something whether you need it or not. Drew listened to our concerns and offered great advice. If in the future we have a mouse problem they will be the first ones we will call!
