I was really disappointed in my experience with this company, as I had a very good initial impression of them. I reached out to see if they could come work on a broken heater at our building. I scheduled an appointment with them for approximately 11:00am the next day, and paid someone to be there to let the workers in. at 3pm, 4 hours after the appointment time, no one had shown up and no one had called. I called the company, and they told me that, because I hadn't scheduled an earlier appointment time, the workers had gotten busy with other projects. I was told that I would get a call back about
