Fake advertisement! "free in home consultation " . I called today after we received an ad. Since we are in the process to remodel our windows , the ad seemed to arrive in the perfect timing . Unlike oher companies, your receptionist had a terrible attitude and declined to schedule a visit to our home in Clairemont, because or we are too far or simply because i don't have a clear idea of what we need. she said and i quote " we are not going that far for nothing!

Loved working with Sima, from start to finish. She listened to our goals and budget and provided a quote right there on her first visit. We had done our shopping around for quotes already, so we were ready to make a decision and went with Dream. The installation day went smooth, all done quick and clean. A year later, there was an issue with one of the 22 blinds so I called Sima. She got the manufacturer to send a new blind and came to personally help us get it swapped out. Great experience all around!

From sales to installation Dream Design company has been a pleasure to work with. Our sales person came to our house and spent time explaining the products and giving us her advice about what product would work the best in our home. Dream design company is an incredible company to work with. Upon moving into our new house we accidentally ripped one of the shades on our sliding back door and I called Sima and she quickly came out to remeasure and re-order the same one that we had damaged. She's very professional and very accommodating. She also fixed free of charge one of the louvers on our shutters even though she did not install them. Would use and recommend her company anytime I need quality and professionalism.

Sima helped us select window coverings for our family room/kitchen area. She went through the different options of blinds, roller shades, and curtains and helped us find the perfect solution for our privacy/sun issues while keeping the design in mind. She helped us select fabric that worked perfectly with our interior design, and made the process easy and thoughtful. Pricing wise, she was very reasonable in price for custom drapes and automatic roller shades. Highly recommend!

Her installation guys were extremely polite and professional. As far as cost is concerned, her rates are extremely competitive. I compared the same quote with budget blinds and decided to go with her. Not only for price but because of her design background and honest feedback.

This is now my go-to window covering company. Sima came out to give us an estimate that I found very reasonable. She was professional, cordial and just a delight to do business with. After a wonderful discussion of what would look best we settled on a product and scheduled the installation. She was able to install earlier than we initially thought, then she worked with the installers to make sure the schedule worked for us. On the day of the work the installers arrived on time, got the job done quickly and professionally cleaned up very well and were on their way. We have been thoroughly enjoying

We called Sima to inquire about window coverings for our new home and she instantly captured my heart with her professionalism, care and knowledge. She came over and spent hours going over options on what would… look nice and also making sure she would ask what my needs and desires were as well.
