About 2 years waiting for the cabinets in our new construction home to be done. We spent hours going over placements of trash cans/fridge drawers/etc only to have not have trash cans where they are supposed to be, not have fridge drawers, etc. No response on fixing these issues. Our house manager has been reaching out for an update and Scott does not return his calls. I would not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Scott Jackson is a deceitful thief in the cabinet business. He promised us installed cabinets in the middle of December. He kept putting us off saying 2 weeks until this past week when he admitted he hasn’t started them yet. He is also still holding onto a 50% deposit that was paid up front. Stay far away from this con artist.

While i was with my partner at McDonald's today eating lunch there was a group of workers staring at me and other kids, making excuses to look at me while eating i was very uncomfortable with the situation, and when we called to make a complaint of it they handed the phone off to another worker and we explained the situation more than once, and they did nothing. I felt so uncomfortable with it all that i moved seats twice, and they still walked by Multiple times and would stare and smile at me and a young child! I do not care if you were eating lunch or not i do not like when a bunch of men wouldnt
