Bobby is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, and just a genuine caring guy. These are not words I just throw around, but he is among the few that will earn them from you too. He truly will take care of you and your needs. I have used other pool companies in the past and the experience is night and day. in fact, when Bobby came out he spotted the crummy work of the other company and fixed it for free.

I will never use anyone but Bobby again. I don't generally write reviews, but had to after dealing with them. There are not enough nice things I can say to make anyone fully comprehend just have above and beyond Bobby is.

Our pool was looking tired and the bottom was rough. We had decided it was time to refinish it. I was at my neighbors house and looking at their pool I asked them if they had it redone as it really looked nice. They said that they had it redone about 5 years ago by The Pool Repair Guy and they highly recommended him. I got the number and called. Bobby responded very quickly and was out to our house with samples within a couple days.

He explained the process and was helpful with suggestions to keep us within our budget, definitely did not try to up sell us on anything. We scheduled the job and it was around a week from Bobby's visit. His crews were friendly and efficient. Bobby Personally came out for the startup and told us about filling out a form for the water so we would get credit from the water bill.

Fast forward about 3 weeks and my 20 year old pool pump started getting noisy. I texted Bobby on Tuesday and he gave us a price. I asked him to go ahead and schedule it. He said how about Thursday, I said great. His guy arrived Thursday afternoon and got it done quickly. He also was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use him again.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a pool repair in Kissimmee and surrounding area. They are by far the best company I have used to repair our pool. I recently purchased a home and the seller had a couple of invoices from The Pool Repair Guy. I called and Bobby came right out on the weekend, checked out the pool equipment, showed me how everything worked, discussed some possible upgrades if I was interested. Bobby Cant, the Pool Repair Guy, and his team just finished resurfacing our residential pool. The pool was 23 years old and was beginning to show its age. They completely stripped the old surface, removed the old tile boarder, prepped the surface, re-tiled the boarder, repaired the damaged areas, and resurfaced the entire pool. The work was excellent!

The workers were diligent. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra care at every step. They finished in less than a week. Bobby then visited to regulate the chemical balance and insured the curing process was completed. He included a 10 year guarantee on his teams workmanship and the product applied carries a 5 year guarantee. I found The Pool Repair Guy in Google and based on good reviews I decided to emailed them almost at 9 pm. They replied the same day letting me know that the job could be complete next day. They came when I was not home got the job done and I paid online. Great service, if I had any issues I will call them again without a doubt.

Bobby was so great. I called on a Sunday and got a respectful business voicemail. Within an hour Bobby texted me that he was on a job, but because it was an emergency (to me) he gave me helpful advice throughout the afternoon to help me troubleshoot my problem via text. We had Bobby and his team redo our pool in February. We had bought a house with an undisclosed leak. The liner and tiles all had to be replaced. The finished work was excellent. We're very happy with the outcome. After the primary work was done, we asked the team to change out all the controls to smartphone app control pumps and lights. Super happy with that process as well.

What a great experience with this company! Bobby gave me options with varying prices to fit our budget and what we wanted to do with our pool automation system! Service was done while we were away on vacation and Bobby made sure I was updated with everything that was going on. He then also came back to make sure I understood everything. Bobby is amazing, I had to puchase a new pool pump and a new pool heater for my home in Davenport. I was so worried that my pool would start to go green I phoned a couple of companies within polk county and they wanted to charge me the earth, being in England its a very stressful time when something goes wrong on your property in florida, then I called Bobby he talked me through the whole process, hes so helpful, efficient, professional, takes photos and sends them too you of the job when its finished.

Very reliable company with reasonable price and great customer service! I have a vacation home in FL and had a communication issue with my property management company. Had to call Bobby for a solution for the pool pump. He offered us a great service with reasonable price to the pool pump when I gave a short notice. Job was done first with photos and invoice to be sent for the payment. We are very happy with Bobby and recommend anyone to try them before you go for others.

I discovered that my pool pump went out when i got home after work. I had my pool resurfaced 2 years ago by Bobby, so i already knew who to call for the best service. It was after 6pm so I expected that I would have to leave a message. Bobby answered the phone and knew exactly what I needed and quoted the price. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. From first contact on the phone with Natasha, she was VERY informative and left nothing out that could sneak and up catch us by surprise. She is kind, courteous and very helpful. Our pump was literally screaming, and they were out so quickly and changed it out without a hitch. Willie the technician who did the work was also a very nice guy, he was sure to ask if we had any questions before or after the work was done.

I contacted the Pool Repair Guy for a estimate on pebble resurface and got a very fast response. Bobby came to my house showed me samples very nice man and very knowledgeable. Had our pool re-plastered at a home in Kissimmee by Bobby and it was a smooth operation. Yes, there was some additional clean up we had to do but considering the scope and nature of the work, who would think there wouldn't be? Price was competitive and communication was good. I will use the company again anytime for additional projects.

After previously having the pool repair guy resurface our pool at short notice, and carrying out an excellent job, we asked to have our our pool screens checked for damage today. We are extremely impressed by your rapid response and will have no hesitation to recommend your services to anyone else. We will certainly come to you for any other works that we require. It is very reassuring to be able to find a company that we can rely on for an honest report on our property as we are so far away.

Bobby resurfaced and retiled our pool in June 2015. It looked beautiful and we were happy. However less than two years later a lot of the grout between the tiles is missing/coming out/eroded on the back raised wall of the pool (above the water line). Calls, texts and emails get no reply. We paid over $7000 and do not expect grout issues so soon and no response is not acceptable. I heard from other pool companies I've since contacted that they've had to repair alot of Pool Repair guys work. be forewarned, warranty appears to mean nothing.

They did a great job replacing our pool pump after it broke (and we were left out in the cold by our home warranty). Only suggestion - I wish they could call before they would come. Also, I wish they would communicate if someone was running late, etc. The first day someone was supposed to come out they weren't able to due to rain. I totally understand, but it took me calling to find that out. Other than that, they came, replaced everything correctly the first time and we will definitely use them again.

I was in a jam. I'd been without a working pool pump for 3 days waiting on another company, when I called-up Bobby. I am a fanatic about keeping the pool extremely clean and crystal clear, so not knowing when Id be back in business was keeping me on edge. It was a Saturday and he returned my call within 30 minutes. He was able to have Chris come out early Monday and replace the burned out motor at a very reasonable price. For a great experience, I highly recommend The Pool Repair Guy.

I received a text from my management co that I needed to replace my pool filter asap. The quote seemed a bit high and since I don't live in the area did want to get a few more quotes to be safe.
I found The Pool Repair Guy on line last night and had an email response back before 7 am. Bobby was able to give me a price quote for full replacement but in case they could fix it would let me know later that day. A few hours, he sent a few pics and confirmed I needed a full replacement. They replaced it right then and sent me pics of the new filter.
Since I had another property around the corner
