Kevin was recommended to me by the owner of Mr. Handy Appliance Parts store in Springfield. I called Monday morning and he returned my call that same evening to set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He was on time and thoroughly inspected our dryer. He discovered a bad connection on a wire supplying power to the thermal fuse on the heating element. I had replaced the thermal fuse several times previously along with other parts in an attempt to resolve the problem. An hour later the dryer was operating properly and the issue had been resolved. Total bill was about $135 which included the service

We had a great experience with Snyder's Appliance Repair of Urbana. Kevin was quick to return my call when our washer started leaking. He came out to our home and diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us a quote the same day on what it would cost to repair. With my little knowledge of washers, he explained to me in a way that I was able to understand what the issues were with our washer. He was 100% honest with us letting us know that it might be in our best interest to just purchase a new washer.
