I had a VERY small job and they were happy to oblige. It's an impressive store and no doubt you'll find something that will work for you here. Will and the woman I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and since my job was so small, they could have easily blown me off, so I appreciate the help and excellent service. The hippy guy who was there when we went to pick up our tiles could have been a little friendlier and tried harder before telling my wife to go check another tile store when they were sitting right beside him, though. :P

When our cabin flooded, we needed replacement values for our flooring and tile. Amber was incredibly helpful, and provided written estimates for our insurance company. Throughout the process, the customer service at this locally owned store has been outstanding. In today's world of box stores and online shopping, this store and it's amazing customer service are a wonderful alternative! Do yourself a favor, and shop here first--and while everyone on staff is terrific, ask for Amber for the best in customer service!
