The year was 1998 in a small Colorado mountain called Leadville. I worked for a contractor doing handyman and home improvement work. After a short time, and many customer complaints regarding his absence and inability to return their calls, I spoke with him regarding their issues. I offered my opinion on how to resolve the issues, considering I was the one who was in contact with the customers.
How much is your family or free time worth to you? Spend that free time as you please rather than doing maintenance or time consuming projects around the house! Our goal is to keep your home as comfortable and functional as possible. Know that the hard work and investment that you have put into your home will not be wasted and that it is receiving service from a company who cares just as much.
There are probably over a couple hundred people in our area offering services that can at least on one area compete with us. We know for example of 60 different people willing to paint. Take the risk to work with someone who will charge you extra if you need to call them back because you don't like the quality of the end product?.
A. I'd wish I would know how frequently many enter and leave the handyman market so that I would seek a stable, established company such as our own. One of the biggest complaints we hear is that customers contact a handyman, perhaps get an estimate or even begin the work only to have the handyman disappear, never to be heard from again.
