We own a townhouse rental. About a couple of months after installing new carpets, a mother and her 3 sons moved in. We specifically said no pets, however in the 3 years that they lived there they managed to sneak in various dogs and leave pet smells and stains and grease stains so bad that we figured we needed to replace the carpets again. The whole reason why I hired them to clean my carpeting was to remove pet stains, which was clearly communicated to Sean Rael prior to his visit.
