Work in Utica and live about an hour away. Truck was making very bad noises and breaks were almost out on way to work! Brought to these guys same morning and got it right in while I was working. Evaluated and ensured me it was safe to drive home. Ordered needed parts and next day got me in again to install parts and do all wheel alignment after replacing wheel bearing that was gone! Zach Peters and service team were awesome!!! Drives like new!! Nice to have a new service team that knows what’s going on close to work! Beautiful shop with state of the art equipment. You might pay a little more

Went in for 2 issues. The first was fixed perfectly, no issues since. For the second however, I was told I needed a new transmission and they already had a quote ready for next day delivery of the transmission for only $4k.....that didn't seem right. After some searching online, I found that it was in fact the torque converter, based on the problem I was having and other peoples posts on forums. Found an extended warranty issued by the car manufacturer and got it replaced for free. Telling someone the transmission needs to be replaced after barely a day of looking at it shouldn't be something that

Fantastic service! The staff makes their customers feel like they are doing a favor for the company by giving them their business rather than the other way around. I have been to a number of auto shops where I was made to feel "lucky" they could fit me in. It was always an anxiety ridden process, not in this case.
I was also able to set up an account online to view service history, find coupons, request appointments! This is an amazing service- I can even add a vehicle if they have not serviced it before!!

On October 27, 2021 I drove to NIMEY’s NEW GENERATION with a flat tire. It was before they were open for business but their service person Shaun let me in and was extremely helpful and concerned. He provided a rental car, and said go to work and I will contact you which he did and my SUV was ready later that same day. Thank You Shaun…

We started using Nimeys for their service department. We have been impressed with the work and prices. They communicate over multiple platforms so you always know what is going on with your vehicle. Came in to take a look for my first car & Rob was very nice & left us alone to allow us to look around & didn’t try to force a car on us. He came out to help out once I found a nice car, even took it for a test drive. Unfortunately, I was not able to be accepted for a loan because of my new credit but still had a great experience! Definitely will be back once my credit is up!

Sales process:
Last summer my wife's lease was up on her vehicle. We spent weeks looking for something to get her in. We saw a 4Runner on their website. We went and checked it out and we worked out a deal with the sales team. Everyone was very respectful and in a couple days my wife drove off in her 4Runner.
Service:
I bought my vehicle at another dealership a few years ago. Seeing as how great the sales experience was I figured I would give their service team a shot. I was in the roll of service advisor for 10 years so I am well aware of the challenges that this job brings on. My check engine
