Services
With high lumen LED recessed lights, you no longer need huge holes in your ceilings for bright fixtures. We have a number of small aperture recessed lights suitable for sloped or very high ceilings. LED tape light has traditionally been used for under cabinet or cove applications. But with the addition of mounting channels, you now have the ability to tilt, angle and even recess tape into drywall.
The AR series is made in Canada and features multiple sizes, 90+ CRI, up to 2000 lumens, flangless and non flangeless models and much more. Despite being a high end model, it is priced very well and is an excellent value. The CL Eco(nomy) line is also made in Canada and is our best selling model. Featuring over 800 lumens, 90+ CRI, multiple color temperates and a 3.5 size, it is excellent for most recessed lighting needs.
Since they are able to produce a tremendous amount of light in a tiny housing, LED linear fixtures offer a unique way to illuminate rooms and other areas in an unobtrusive or even artistic way. Special mounting channels allow for recessed installations, tilting, angled, suspended and more. Like the Greenflex, our Mia strip is available in a variety of options- squared, rounded (for tilting) recessed and with a frosted lens to blend the dots.

I was shopping at Lite Line to replace my 3 Halogen pendant lights that haven't been working for a few months. After consulting with 3 different Electricians, I was told they couldn't be fixed & I should purchase new ones. I still loved my current lights but couldn't find anything similar. After walking into Lite Line & talking to Lance, he not only was able to fix my current pendants but was also able to switch them to LED lights!! I can't Thank him enough! I am so happy to have my beautiful lights shining brightly again!! Thank you, Lance! You're the best!!

We were really looking forward to working with Lance and Lite Line, but were disappointed with the service we received. We wanted to redo our landscape lighting (70-75 lights) with Fx color changing LED lights - both design and installation. It's a pretty extensive project, and Lance was enthusiastic about being able to provide an end to end, one stop shop solution for us. After a positive phone call, Lance promised to email vendors and reach back out shortly. Over the next few days I emailed 3x, called a few times, and even left messages. It's been over a week and we never heard back

Our home remodel required a lot of light decisions and Lite Line was an incredible help. They were especially knowledgeable about the LED options and converting to dim-able LED - finding out about the string of LED under-cabinet lights made a huge difference. The staff could not be more helpful -- and were also careful not to be 'hovering' when we wanted to just look and discuss. A wonderful experience!

Their in store inventory is fairly low. If you want to see a light, expect to pay shipping both ways and a restocking fee that far exceeds anything reasonable. While they do help customers through email, the quality of response is sparse and the communication inconsistent. Service is just not first priority for this store. Not worth the risk vs online retailers.

I recently visited Lite Line Illumination to purchase some lights for my home. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was greeted by Tal and Lance at the door. The interaction was very positive, and their knowledge of LED's really made me confident about the lighting that they showed me. I enjoyed my visit with them so much I bought the whole staff lunch as a thank you. I couldn't happier with my lights, or the service I received at Lite Line Illumination. Tal and Maia provided us amazing customer service from start to finish. Not only did they share their own experiences about various vendors from quality of finishes to lighting it self, but they helped find alternative items if a particular item we liked would not work due to Title 24 concerns or other issues. My absolute favorite lighting store. Tal and his crew has helped me transform my house from old recessed lighting to beautiful new LED lighting, fully embracing the new things that LEDs enable which weren't doable with incandescents.

We ordered a whole house worth of lights from Tal and Lite Line Illuminations. We visited the shop several times and they were always very helpful in narrowing down fixtures, finding alternatives and comparable fixtures, explaining their own and their customers' experiences, making sure we'd be ok for Title 24, etc. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we'd be happy, to the extent of letting us borrow a fixture to try out on-site. I am so impressed by the beautiful, artistic selection of lamps in this store. I needed to buy 3 pendant lamps and had a great selection to choose from...but then I saw the one I fell in love with! I had to order two more and the hardware...now I'm ready to call the electrician for installation. Maya was so sweet and friendly. Amazingly deep selection of LED lights for basically any use case. We got almost every single light in our new home from this store and we couldn't be happier with the results (or our power bill). This place has a great selection of lights! We were looking for LED track lights, and Lance was extremely helpful in explaining how they worked, what kinds there are, how much power they used, how they look, etc. While they did have quite a few fixtures in stock, we settled on one from the catalogs. We stopped by Light Line Illuminations to inquire about a difficult lighting situation we had -- I won't bore you with all the details. Basically, we weren't able to find anyone that could come up with a solution. Tal came out and brought several sample lights and came up with a perfect solution -- They really know lighting! He was even able to recommend an electrician to complete the installation.
He also gave us great information on the latest in LED lighting. So much has changed -- we were amazed!

My mom and I stopped in here looking for sconces during our afternoon in Los Gatos. We were happily surprised by the selection and the wonderful service! Lance came up to us and started helping us, and his expertise and good humor was evident from the first moment. What a nice guy! What a great shop! They have the most beautiful lighting fixtures I've ever seen. Over the past decade we've been slowly renovating and keep coming back for unique lighting. Their incredibly attentive service really helped me brainstorm and figure out exactly what was right for each situation. When one of our pendants stopped working a couple of years ago, Tal explained over the phone exactly how to take it down, and we brought it to the shop and he fixed it quickly. Over time, four of my great room's many low voltage halogen light fixtures broke. I went in to check out replacement options. Tal pointed me in the right direction for replacements. He also took the time to explain how to dismantle and re-assemble a low voltage pendant fixture.
I got home and was struggling with the pendant fixture setup. Gave Tal a ring and got more answers and he emailed me a how-to video with step-by-step instructions for cutting and re-connecting the cable.
The hand holding helpout is much appreciated. Tal knows his stuff.

We purchased some great pendant lights for our kitchen at this store. We were going through a remodel and just happened by, so we purchased them.
However, a year later one of them quit working. I brought it back to Lite Line and asked if they could fix it. They said yes, it would be a 25.00 fee. I said fine. He said, why don't you walk around and give us a few minutes. I came back a half hour later, the guy who fixed it doesn't even greet me, he turns to the lady sitting next to him and says 45.00.
What? He goes off to help someone who is looking at new lighting and she tells me no

Well, this is my secret place. You will get the best lighting in the world here. I'm not kidding. Here is why. This family owned shop is on the VERY cutting edge of lighting.
