I am completely satisfied with my experience with North Lake Contracting. Darrick and Tim were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I called right away in the morning when we realized our roof was leaking and Peter got back to me right away and came out to look at our roof that day. They were out there fast for us to see if our Insurance would cover the hail damage and they made the process so easy. They explained the next few steps and when everything came in they came out and did a fantastic job and quickly. I highly recommend them! Derrick and Peter were so easy to work with!

We had a great experience when we hired North Lake Contracting to put up a new gutter system on our Victorian model home. North Lake took the time to walk me through the entire process and handled everything directly with my insurance company to get me the best roof possible and to get everything approved. I felt like I fully understood the process and the timeline, and best of all there were no "surprises" during the process. Things happened exactly as they said they would.

The entire process, from the inspection of the roof, to help with color selection of siding made this experience interesting and enjoyable. The project manager, Mark Murphy, was excellent in communicating with the installers my concerns and desires. His patience and knowledge were invaluable. Everything was on time and done in a very professional and neat way. I can't say enough about what courteous and competent employees you have.
