Accepted their estimate for tile late Feb / Early April, transferred funds for materials mid-April.. Since then nothing but apologies and promises.. Fired RMC, now chasing for my refund.. filed a BBB complaint.. and send the files to my lawyers.. They promise the moon and delivery apologies.. Buyer beware
