Brian Dubay, B.L.D. Renovations Brian Dubay has been my contractor since 2005 doing upgrades for permitting, repairs from flood damage and tenant negligence, and major design renovations. As a remote owner, I could not have hoped to have someone better than Brian to work with the Town and its regulations, patiently explain them to me, and implement them in way that resulted in a beautiful home.
