You get what you pay for here. They are cheaper than the other companies and we found out the hard way why.
We spent our entire savings pre covid to have a new furnace and air conditioner put in by them as it was considerably cheaper and the owner at the time seemed like a good guy. Not even a month later the air conditioner stops working and they tell us a part was recalled and they had to install a different one. Well fast forward to a month later when the heat had

Called after 7:00 pm when I noticed it was a little cool in the house. I left message and ask for a call back in the morning as it was not an urgent issue. I received a call shortly after 7:00 the next morning. John arrived a little after 7:15. He quickly diagnosed the issue, igniter was bad. He had the part in his van. The heat was on and he was gone all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend VanKleef!!

I strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Had problems with my AC unit not cooling enough and sometimes freezing up. I thought it was related to the evaporator coil so I called Vankleef. John from VanKleef showed up as scheduled and on time to review my situation. He took the time to look at the E-coil and access the problem. I was wrong about the coil but right about the company to call to solve the problem. The owner took my call and took time to explain the issue with my a/c unit. He was knowledgeable and interested in fixing the problem as inexpensively as possible. The service man who came to our house the next day was also kind and did the job efficiently. He also took time to talk to us as well.
