Cozy designed and built the most beautiful custom cabinetry for our retail store front. We are constantly complemented on the display cases and cabinetry and many people ask us what the stone tops are that we used (Silestone quartz tops that look like honed marble) We get tons of compliments and we feel the case work is part of what makes our shop! Cozy has an experienced team who was on schedule with all of the delivery goals. We would happily use them again and suggest them to other builders or anyone renovating a space. Came here to look for floors for several rooms and bathroom cabinets. We were barely spoken to. I browsed around but then needed help to talk about measuring and looking at options, etc. They took my number down to call to come measure and never called. I went back to look again and same situation. It was like no one cared or wanted my business. We ended up going to another flooring business locally and purchasing it all as the other store was super helpful.

First off there is not much in the area outside of the big box stores. Their location is nice with a good selection. However they are very overpriced and quality of workmanship was less than we expected from a Small local business. Customer service could have been better. Will not go back nor recommend to fellow owners.
