We had a leak downstairs and we also needed to tie into the current water system to run water out to our detached garage. Kyle showed up quicker than expected, was very professional & his work speaks for itself. Very clean & meticulous & I’m extremely happy I used Plumbing Tech. I've known Kyle since 2002! I was his Biology teacher when he was a junior in HS and from the first day he was an upright gentleman. It was an honor to serve him as an educator and it came to no surprise that he went on to serve US in the military. Punctual, kind, detailed, and putting true craftsmanship into his work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kyle helped fix my hot water tank after having a previous install go wrong. Kyle not only arrived on time but instead arrived early and was very friendly and informative. I felt comfortable trusting Kyle to get the job done and he lived up to that. Kyle was the most professional home repair person that I have ever hired. He put in a new bathroom sink fixture and the hot and cold lines replaced. The work is a thing of beauty! Nothing sloppy or haphazard looking about it. He left the bathroom clean after he was finished. He looked professional in appearance and was polite to me throughout our conversations leading up to and during the repair. The price was on par with other estimates that I received. I only wish that he did bathroom remodeling! I'd hire him in the future for any bathroom repairs.
