Landmark Fine Homes is the best home builder in Oklahoma City!
We moved into Oklahoma City from out of state and their entire team made the home building process so easy for us and we couldn’t be happier with our home! They’re responsive, professional, courteous and their communication goes above and beyond, something we really needed since we weren’t living in OKC at the time.
Their floor plans, exterior and interior selections were numerous, and we were amazed at how very little the supply shortages impacted them since we built during the height of these challenges. We felt like our builder

Landmark was the builder of my home. I moved in October 2020. This means I built in a very difficult time during the pandemic. The Landmark team did not miss a beat! They are professional and want your forever home to meet your expectations. Debra, Steve, Kim, Rylee, and Cody have been my dream team. Landmark is the second company I have used to build a home. I will not mention the other company as it wouldn't be fair to Landmark. I spent quite a bit of time researching companies to build my home and settled on Landmark. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. The best thing about my home is the quality. The way they insulate the home is so well done that my utility bills are a fraction of the previous build. The process of choosing the layout (we made many changes to a model home) was great. They’re really nice homes. We ended up going with another builder because we felt like the Landmark neighborhood was geared towards an older crowd. Also, the floor plans weren’t my favorite. Sometimes they offer floor plans and count something as a room, even though it has an office style door. To wrap it up, they have great homes, it just wasn’t for my family. But I’d 100% recommend you’d give them a chance.

When I see people looking for a reputable builder, I want to make sure they take a look at Landmark FIRST. We built a custom home with Landmark in 2019. My husband grew up in home construction which made finding a builder such a challenge. His standards were so high with the quality of the build.

Our new home in 2016 was our 2nd custom build with Landmark. Custom builds can be a stressful event, but Landmark was always willing and able to accommodate any requests or changes we made through the process. The quality of their build and customer service are the best we have experienced. We could not be any happier with our home and would recommend them to anyone interested in building their custom home!
