Russell Pool Company is a family-owned business, founded by Roy and Betty Russell in 1965. Today, Russell Pool Company is owned and operated by Keith and Lee Russell who have continued the tradition of designing and developing beautiful swimming pools. The business expanded to its current location on Airline Highway near the East Baton Rouge Parish - Ascension line to accommodate demand in the Prairieville, Louisiana area.
Russell Pool Company offers full service cleaning and maintenance on all swimming pools. With five full time service trucks, our company is dedicated to keeping your pool running efficiently and the water crystal clear so that you can enjoy your pool year round. Have tried for over a 6 wks to get an estimate or even a call back to meet. I guess someone that wants to spend 100k on a pool is to small for them. Called back after 6 wks to get someone to meet us. Said oh sorry, must have lost info, take new info and will get a call tomorrow they Say. Still no call. Ewing pools here we go! How poor to not even respond and give people a price.

Russell pools have built two pools for our homes over the years. They do an excellent job I would really not get anyone else to build our pool. After the first one was built it was done so well that the next time we did build a home we ask them to do the second pool. I went there yesterday to have them fix our dolphin pool cleaner and they did a great job with that too.

I have now used Russell Pools for 3 commercial jobs and one personal job. All were specialty pools (including items such as tanning ledges, handicap accessibility, swim-up bar) and they have knocked it out of the park on all 4 jobs. I recommend speaking with Keith or Lee to help you figure out how to execute on your vision. They know what they are doing.

Mr. Russell built my pool back in 1980. His son, Keith Russell, just replastered it, upgraded equipment, and oversaw the cool deck resurfacing. I’ve been pleased with every aspect of the job. Keith and his team were always one step ahead of me as Keith was regularly onsight supervising the work. Highly recommend them.

I called for a filter cleaning and a spring time tune up,I was told I had a 3 week wait. I called the service manager directly and found out Corey was no longer there, that was unfortunate however he assured me they would take care of me and I was in good hands. This was the 1st time Corey let us down. Not only has it been 5 weeks, but when I called 10 days ago I was given another pool company’s name easly pools…they arrived drunk or high. Needless to say when i called back to Russell and mentioned Corey’s assurance I would be taken care of despite of his no longer being employed there I

Russell put in our pool about two years ago. Not a year later when I called for service b/c the jets were blowing bubbles I was told they were too busy to come out. I called Keith and the next day the problem was taken care of. This past summer the two year old pump is leaking. I called. They came. I did not hear from them as to what the problem was etc….I did however get a 500 Plus dollar bill in the mail for a new pump. I paid it. Two/three months later it is leaking again. I called. They came. I got a 120 something bill in the mail. I called and questioned this as the PUMP was not even three
