I used C&K at two of my buildings. The roof leaks, they came out made lots of promises and then responded through an email that is a "Do-Not-Respond" address.
The second instance was some fascia work at another building and the fascia they supposedly fixed fell off. When I called them about it they refused to fix the problem. I had to hire another company to fix their poor workmanship.

We contacted C & K Services due to some issues with ice dams and poor drainage. They promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment to determine the type of repair needed. Shortly after, we received a detailed itemization and estimate of the planned repairs and we were added to their schedule to have the work done. The crew could not have been nicer and the area was immaculate when the job was completed. Highly recommend!

June 2019 we had our house sided by C&K. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work this company does. From start to finish, C&K did an outstanding performance for us. They made us feel like we were their only customer and that our business was important to them. Our job was completed very timely and with such professional work. They suggested little details that made our project turn out so amazing! In addition, every night the job site was completely cleaned up, which was very much appreciated by me! We used C&K services to replace windows. The pricing was right on par and the salesman was very professional. From the time it took to order the window to the time it took to install, there was good communication from C&K and we didn't wait long. Installers were quick with their work but very efficient. We are very satisfied and would recommend them for any type of work.

We hired C&K to replace our roof, 2 skylights and all new gutters. The project was completed last week. Logan Fergus, who was our sales person, was a joy to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the whole process to us and also helped us with picking out our color selection for both the shingles and gutters. We were very impressed with the crew. They were very polite, hard working and did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. The skylights were installed without a hitch! No leaking! We had several estimates for this project and C&K won! My husband & I will highly recommend this company
