Biggest complaint is the lead time we were given when we signed the contract versus how long it actually took. Tony was awesome and came out right away for an estimate in May 2021. We signed the contract, given 8-12 week install lead time and paid our nearly $9k deposit. Here we are 6 months later and still have no windows. I have called multiple times for updates and get new manufacturer dates of a few weeks or the next month. The rep that I spoke with, female in the office, is rude and acts like I am interrupiting her day when I call. I understand COVID has everything backed up but this is ridiculous

I wanted to tell you all that my experience with Window World of Pensacola, FL the windows installation was good. When the installer took old window away here he left some glass on my driveway. My most troubling was the estimated sales person didn’t give me any choice of what window I could have in the space The reason I needed a new window was due to a hurricane but window world did not give me impact windows there and no explanation or discussion as what I could do. I was not explained anything. This is my first time and he knew it too. NOW I’m getting quotes to do rest of the windows on

The installers were very good, very precise. They also installed all hardware on doors. This is a Company that takes pride in their products & installations.

We met with salesperson, Gordon, on June 11, 2021 and signed a contract and paid our deposit of over $5,000 the same day for the replacement of all windows in our home and a back door. He gave us an estimated delivery/installation of September 2021. As September approached and we had not heard an update, we called and were told that there was a delay due to the manufacturer and were given a new shipping date of November 8, 2021. Shortly after signing our contract for the windows, we received military relocation orders and have since been in the process of selling our home, which is now contingent

I placed order for windows in July and was told it would take 12 weeks for installation and paid 50 percent upfront over 7000 dollars. I was told now that I will not receive windows until January of next year. It took them 3 weeks after I was due installation to tell me I now have to wait an additional 12 weeks and who knows what I will be told in January. I only gave 2 cause price was manageable. I have called and spoke with the sales representative and he just says that they have hundreds of customers in the same boat. Want to give 5 stars, but our second experience has been less than ideal..
We had our windows done a few years ago, a team of 2 came out and did all 16 windows in a single day! Definitely helped our home be more energy efficient and reduced road noise compared to out single pane windows before.
Went back to WW for a door installation. Took a while to get scheduled and had to call multiple times to see if our doors were even ready, as we never received any updates from when we purchased the services months before. Again, a team of 2 came and installed doors, did a great job, were friendly and
