He did a fantastic job, at the close showing me photos of how spotless all the duct work is now. My house was built in 1935 with lots of sinus ducts.
For the first time in MANY years, it is now truly clean from the INSIDE out! Roy even cleaned out my dryer vent, as a bonus! Very professional and courteous. Explained the setup and what was going to be done. Laid down drop cloths, plastic corner protectors for the drywall, even brought a temporary curtain to put up over the back door to keep cold air out.

We just had Roy clean out the forced air heat ducts in our old house, and it went very smoothly, and was done in exactly the time he estimated. Our house is a bit unusual, and has two furnaces, but he was able to access everything, got the job done, cleaned up, and was on his way! I highly recommend this company. He is very experienced, and his fees are very fair!!
