I was concerned about a few outlets that weren’t working, he would’ve been able to come in the afternoon which was quick. (Prior to calling I called another company who wouldn’t be able to come look for 3 weeks!!)
Luckily this person was so knowledgeable and just did simple trouble shooting with me over the phone that fixed the problem instantly! Amazing to find people who truly care. He took the time out of his busy schedule to ensure it wasn’t something simple that I could do. He could’ve just did it and charged me, but he wanted to make sure I saved money!!!

These guys connected out Hot tub after the guy who we originally was doing the work passed away unexpectedly. Now these guys were the first ones we got the quote from and we were going to go with them because their price was reasonable. After numerous calls just like other reviewers stated the guy Bobby never responded back. After the guy we hired passed away out of desperation for a decent price I contacted these guys and they respond and do the work. Now granted they had to come out three times because it kept failing inspection. This was their fault not ours. Eventually it passed inspection

Chap said he was going to show up, never did, never got a call to reschedule or see what happened. If they are busy, that is one thing, it happens, but at least have someone reach out so people aren't left waiting. Customers call for a reason. I reached out to a different service provider. I can't judge the work they did, because they didn't do any, they might be great, but i'll never know. I am judging purely by their customer service chops.

Bee Electric has been marvelous! I've had them do several jobs inside and outside of my home. He completely did ALL the electrical in the new area of my basement, installed a new breaker box, and ran power outside to my hot tub and shed. Every job was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. When I didn't understand part of the project plan, Bobby (owner) was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. On one occasion a certain breaker remained off so they could continue on the next morning. I realized late that night there wasn't power to my refrigerator

After writing my original review I recommended Bee Electric to a coworker that was having electrical issues at their home. My coworker reported that Bee Electric came to their home, wrote them a quote and scheduled the repair but failed to show up on the date and time the repair was scheduled. My coworker also tried calling them multiple times and they would not answer their phone. After my first experience using them I thought that this must be a glitch. I needed an outlet moved in my new home and called Bee Electric to do the work for me. They scheduled the job for 9/6/2016 at 4:00 PM.

Bobby was very honest with me in regards to pricing, timing, and what was needed to update our electric in our home. We had 2 ceiling fans installed, a bathroom vent installed, a new electrical panel, and rewired existing wiring within our old, outdated home. He was very professional and personable, and will have him return for future jobs. I highly recommend him!

I am so glad we used Bee Electric. Bobby was very professional and you know he genuinely cares about doing the work right and for a fair price. Because of the workmanship he did I know he saved me hundreds of dollars in drywall repair. It is awesome when you find a quality company. I have been recommending Bobby to my friends and family.

I had a great experience using Bee Electric. I called for an estimate from a couple of other companies and Bee Electric came the lowest. I had a hot tub and sub panel installed. Bobby finished in a timely manner, left the site clean, and was very professional. I am looking forward to using Bee Electric when I start my basement.
