I spent a year trying to find a pool company, many wouldn’t even call me back. I met with and received quotes from 3 different companies. Oak wells aquatics had the best start time frame, price, and professionalism. Within 3 days of calling them, Jason their sales rep called me back, gave me ballpark estimate and scheduled a site visit. After helping us nail down the design, Melodie came by for final site visit, we signed paperwork and off went our permits, and as soon as they were ready, Oak wells began construction. From the initial meeting to understand what we wanted and to survey our yard, to the meeting where we picked out finishes, to when the project actually started, the folks at Oak Wells have been super responsive, very professional and completely transparent. Our experience with Oak Wells Aquatics was amazing and they built us a beautiful pool. They made us feel very comfortable and made the process easy from start to finish.
