Excellent service on our family cottage in Traverse City! It can be difficult to coordinator service when you live out of state. Not with this company. We scheduled the appointment, gave them the door code all by email. When the service was complete I got an invoice via email and was able to pay with my credit card. Simple!! Thank you! We will have them open and close our cottage from now on..,

My wife and I had a great experience with Wayne from Up North Carpet Cleaning. Wayne is very professional, on time, courteous and detailed. He finished in the amount of time he quoted and cleaned 2 couches, a chair, my family room carpet, 2 rugs, and my stairs. He did a great job and SAVED me thousands of dollars because now my wife is NOT making me throw away the couches! I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and we will ask him to come back next time.

We loved the service we received from Wayne at Up North Carpet Cleaning. Our carpet in the salon had some bad stains, in the high traffic areas, Wayne was able to lift and remove the stains. Our carpet is like new. Plus he was able to clean our tile flooring as well and it looks great. Wayne is reasonably priced and the quality of work is well worth it. Plus his hours are very accommodating to our salon hours of operation. We will definitely have him clean our flooring again! Thanks.
