With over 25 years of construction and landscape experience, we can help with pretty much any home improvement project from complex remodels to roofing and landscaping. I have heard stories of contractors coming back with extra costs after the job is finished and it makes me cringe. We try to maintain crystal clear communication at all points during your project. We believe true professionals do not have surprises built into their proposals. Through experience, attention to detail, and an accurate bidding system, you can be assured no extra costs.
That's why we've eliminated estimate sheets. We now have PROPOSAL PROMISE FORMS. Unless we indicate there may be unexpected rot or damage, expect no surprises.

Very professional work. Roy did a great job remodeling a large laundry room into our daughters bedroom. Along with drywall, building a closet and painting he patched a hole in our wood floor that is near flawless.

Roy did landscaping for us. Took out really old landscaping rock and replaced with mulch on a really hot day. The result was a major transformation that added great curb appeal to our home! Roy showed up right on time or a couple minutes early, and he and his employee were both very professional. And I found his price to be very reasonable. I would definitely use Roy again for another project!

Roy Bauman has done excellent work on my house for the past 8 years and has a vast skill set. He has done work ranging from interior/exterior painting and carpentry, to bathroom remodeling including electrical and plumbing, to roofing work. Roy is prompt, polite, diligent, honest and thoughtful in his work. He also is clear and careful with his communications with his customers. I highly recommend Roy to any homeowner who is looking for a workman who is skilled and dependable to do home improvements.

I hired Roy to paint an entire house, as well as do some repairs and trim work. The work was completed on time, infact he was able to start a few days early. The painting was exceptional! Everything was completely cleaned up upon completion. The rates were more than fair, I had to add on some extra work and felt that this work was done at an extremely low rate. Roy is so easy to work with, very nice, polite, honest, and hard working. I will be using him for any future work that I need done. I highly recommend Roy, you will not be disappointed! This was the easiest job I have ever hired out with
