After being unhappy with our service because of poor quality maintenance and a no show, I reached out and they said they would fix it and do all the things they missed. They unfortunately did not do the job we talked about. After canceling our service they actually tried to charge us $300 for something they didn’t even do. When I called them out on it there was no apology or taking ownership of a mistake. It just seems like they are very unorganized. I would not recommend this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
My first call was quickly returned and an appointment set for the next evening for an estimate. I was told the mowing was to be done two days later. I went ro the meeting location earl, I am not longer in Eugene I waited for 1 hr. NCNS. I called and the recorder was full and then the next morning I left a message and no return call.

I can never stress enough about how amazing these guys’ lawn service has been! They’ve done such an incredible job for my lawn. At first, I really thought it is really impossible to revive given the state that my lawn has been in. They really have nice products that work, and you can really see for yourself that you’re getting your money’s worth. Trust me. You would want to have your almost-dead lawn revived by these guys.

Just about a week ago, I was in need of lawn and garden services since I have an upcoming high school reunion party of sorts, and I’ll be hosting the event in my own home. To be honest, I’ve never met such a hardworking team as these guys! I was needing a garden designer because I wanted to have my garden totally revamped. I’m very happy with the results. This company offers an excellent lawn service. I never had the time to mow the lawn myself due to my hectic schedule and the neighbors started complaining about the jungle I was cultivating. I called these professionals and they handled everything without an issue. The service is affordable so I can have them over frequently and keep my lawn neatly trimmed. They really do excellent work and I would gladly recommend them.
