This company and the owner seemed nice enough at the beginning of the job. First, the glass shower doors were not cut to the right dimensions, so he had to take it back to the shop to re-cut the glass. Then the rollers were the wrong size so he had to replace them, which then caused the door to screech on opening and closing, so the door had to go back to the shop once again and be re-cut. The the caulking was sloppy so he had to redo that as well. Then the floor guide broke and we were told it was "guaranteed and he would replace it no charge." That was about a month ago, and I am still waiting
