Colony Home did our mitigation and repairs after experiencing water damage due to an HVAC issue a couple of months ago. Throughout the mitigation and repair process the were very professional, responsive, efficient and respectful of our property, always making sure they left the place clean after their days of work. Once the repairs were done, we got the pleasant surprise of having our home cleaned up by a house cleaning company and our carpets steam cleaned as well! Wow! What a great experience in a time of need. Colony Home came to our house SAME DAY and provided their assessment and recommendations. We had water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom and they were able to quickly provide a plan and recommendations for what to do. Mark assessed the plumbing and even provided advice on some other appliances that were giving us trouble while he was here. I would not recommend Colony Home for any work on your home. We used the company for a mitigation job at our home. Throughout the project we were given deadlines and promises that were not met. We were promised that after the mitigation was complete, Colony Home would repair our home in 2-3 weeks. Instead, they took 2-3 weeks to give us an estimate and then let us know that they could not start the work for at least 2-3 months. We felt like we were being constantly lied to in order to get our business. We found the project manager John to be abrasive and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall

I used a home warranty company to cover my rental. They contracted Colony Home Services for the repair. They arrived on time for the diagnosis. Never thought that my house would be severely damaged by fireworks but it happened. Colony home was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could have made. I would highly recommend Jon Flores and Colony homes! Last year our house was struck by lightning and we needed a bunch of repairs done before we could move back in. Insurance company was impossible to get a hold of and delayed the job by months.
However, Jon Flores answered every text or phone call right away. He scheduled repairs immediately once approved by insurance. Any touch up work after a task that needed to be done was handled the next day. 5stars. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with this company today. They were sent out through my home warranty and they were professional, explained everything to me (I know nothing about plumbing), were efficient, dealt with everything with my home warranty on the spot and didn't make more than one trip to fix my issue like some technicians do, and came at the beginning of their time slot.
I will absolutely use them again if I ever need them. Until then I will recommend them to all.

The done work done is nothing short of beautiful. Any items brought up were attended to professionally and promptly. The excellent experience that Mr. Flores brought to the project was very reassuring that the work was going to be right. He was very attentive to our questions and delivered as promised. When the adjuster for our insurance claim was under the cost of the work required, he reassured us that he would take care of it. I had two guys come to my home today. One was extremely rude. He placed his metal writing pad on my formal dining table. We don't even sit at the table. He laughed when I brought it up. I understand using my own pen. I take the Corona thing seriously. But he was extremely rude when telling me. When I showed him the issue he was here for he cut me off. He stated he was here for only 1 issue. He later learned that both portions had to do with the same issue. It's best you listen before aiming to prove your point. I will be contacting my warranty company as well. Perhaps the better business bureau

Pru and O'Con were very professional and solved the problems they were presented with. Not only that, but they also gave future advice and answered all questions. They helped clear a faucet that was down to a dribble, and replaced a broken faucet with a new one that didn't quite fit, so they used power tools and all to get it to fit. They were both very friendly, and fun to have as almost like visitors in my home!

Two months ago we came home to a broken toilet that had flooded half of our home. I was referred to John Flores with Colony Home Maintenance and several others. During the bid process for deciding on a General Contractor to oversee putting our home back together. Mr. Flores definitely knew more than the other GC`s especially regarding what the insurance companies would provide. His knowledge helped us to get our entire home flooring replaced instead of only half which the other bidders thought we would be able to get.

Colony Home was awesome! When our kitchen flooded this summer we had no idea what to do. First we called Blackhill Restoration. After they dried us out and demoed the damage they referred us to John Flores at Colony Home. Oh boy did we make the right decision by calling him. He promptly came out and gave us an estimate and answered all of our questions, and we had alot He was as professional as could be and lowered our stress level by about half.
