We had some concerns with the quality of flooring we purchased as well as some dissatisfaction with the installation. Tony made things right. He stepped up to the plate to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He really took ownership of the problems we were having and set out to solve them. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with our floor now. I recommend Floor Trader of Lake Charles for new construction and remodels.
