Fantastic job by Professional Deck Builder! They helped design and construct a patio cover to expand my outdoor living area. He worked on my sister’s back patio adding a room. She paid for it all and it still has not been completed. It’s been a YEAR!!! He never installed a ceiling fan she paid for and now the roof is already leaking!! She calls and he won’t answer and never calls back. Bad business!!

I called Bill, from “Professional Deck Builder”, to build me a covered screened in pergola. The project was started on October 10th and finished on October 27th. A couple days later, I noticed the wood door had split and was sagging down about an inch. I told them and he said he kept having problems with that door on other projects (so why keep using that door that has a 2 star rating online?). He said he would come fix it. A few weeks later, he tried to glue it back together and propped it up. We didn’t touch it for a week and when we removed the support, the door broke and started sagging

An "old school" contractor. Not like the younger generation that would say anything to get the job. Our project was a split level deck and we had some structural issues as far as the upper deck and also connecting to the house. Bill was honest, as we asked straight up if A)it can done for a 10k budget and B) is the project worth the hassle for resale.
He explained, first and foremost, a permit would be needed and that if we could increase our budget it could actually increase the value so we trusted in him and the results are just amazing. We are planning to sell our house soon as winter comes
