We had a large colony of yellowjackets living in one of our walls . They came in through a small hole in our siding (hole was for telephone wire) .They were coming into the house from under the baseboards . Tried killing them with Sevin. And with bait. It did not work well. Robinhood Pest came out right away and sprayed powder in the entry point and within 24 all the yellow jackets were dead . It’s been a week and no yellowjackets! Thank goodness because I’m allergic to their stings.

We had a carpenter any issue in our kitchen. Robinhood fit us as soon as they had a cancellation. The tech was professional and considerate of our family. He explained everything so we could understand. We highly recommend Robinhood. We ended up signing up for the annual service!

I had some carpenter ants sneaking into my home from a nearby woodpile. Carl examined my house, and then tracked the pests back to the woodpile. He exterminated the colony and sprayed my foundation to make sure we wouldn't see anymore. Sure enough, we started seeing less and less everyday. I can't wait until we don't see another ant! They're also great for wasps, and since spraying my house, I haven't seen any of those either.

I have lived in an older house in Avon Lake for 34 years. Every once in a while we'll get ants, but they don't present too serious of a problem--until last night. Winged ants started dropping out of the bottom of a window sill in our dining room--it was disgusting.
I had never contacted an exterminator until today. My first call went to a well-known national company. The gentleman who answered my call was nice enough, but he really pushed for me to sign up for a program in which they would keep coming out. I just wanted the ants gone now. I first used them after moving into my house which had infestations of mice, wasps and ants.
They were able to solve all problems within that first visit and a quick follow-up. Our technician was thorough, friendly, and efficient. The price was competitive and below other quotes we got for the same work.
Since then I’ve had quarterly service done, which truly keeps the bugs at bay and catches any newly forming issues.
