But when I contacted Ande for the first time, I realized that those reviews were legitimate.
Ande gave me the pool estimate right away, and all the rest of building processes were smooth.
He gave me lots of helpful information and advises as well.

Our experience with Ande was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew exactly what we wanted and Ande understood the assignment. He is very patient (I ask ALOT of questions) and informative- so you know exactly what's going on along the process. Our pool and spa look beautiful! Highly recommend him and his crew! I had a great experience with Ande's Pools. Ande was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He offered several options with materials and plans. The whole process was completed within two months. We had several companies come out and give us a quote. Out of all of them, Ande seemed the most knowledgeable and was reasonably priced. Our pool looks beautiful! I would highly recommend this company.

Ande and his team were the BEST!! We had our pool done in less than 2 mths! We love everything about our pool! I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family! Ande's pools was amazing. From start to finish he was very responsive. I have never had a pool and at every step he told me what to expect and approximately how long that step would take. My pool is more than I ever expected. I had a budget and he helped me get the most out of my budget and prioritize what I wanted. I am so thankful that I chose him and his company to do my pool. He even worked with me about my dogs and let me know when they were coming that way I could bring them in before work. I am astonished by how amazing this company is.

I Highly recommend Andes Pools, no  sales pressure tactics, he gave pros and cons to our vision and helped us design a pool that works for us. The different subcontractors were meticulous about their work, cleaning up and answered all of our inquisitive questions.
Any concerns we had was answered and scheduled to be taken care of by Ande immediately! During each phases of construction Ande kept us informed by text(my choise) if any changes or delays. THANK YOU Ande, we Love our finished pool!

I had a SUPER experience working with Ande. Having previously contacted him for a bid at another house and again, twice, for my current house (also getting bids from other pool contractors), when I finally was ready to move forward, I chose Ande. He made me very comfortable with the process and was very honest. Not only did he keep me updated with every stage of construction, but he answered every question or concern I had expediently. From the beginning ande was so professional. I have zero complaints and recommend him so much. He is the pool contractor to go to. He is hands on and makes sure everything gets done correctly. He does not short cut with the material used everything is quality and you can tell. He responds at any time of day with answers to any of our questions and that is hard to find. Pool was done in 5 weeks the whole process went by smoothly. We can't wait to enjoy our new pool.

We decided to finally turn our dirt backyard into a pool. All vacations were cancelled and we needed somewhere to go. I got several quotes and chose Ande. He was professional from the beginning. He quickly responded to my texts no matter if it was 6:30 in the morning or 8:30 in the evening. He worked with us when we wanted to add or change things. Even with Covid, Ande managed to complete the job efficiently and safely. It's exactly what we wanted, it's better than I could have imagined. I can't wait to spend my vacation in my backyard this year!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Leaves safety gates open after repeatedly being asked to keep closed. Up charges when pool becomes green and cloudy within a week of them servicing it. Equipment suddenly all faulty and replaced without discussing with owner, just a bill received. Will harass you if you post anything on social media.

We are so happy with our pool! The white Zanzibar mini pebble was a new color and we were a little nervous in going with something different but it turned out just how we had hoped it would and we're so glad we followed Ande's advice in putting in three lights instead of just two. Now at night the pool looks amazing with the lights on!
The pool construction was finished in about two months time and that was even including some extra concrete flatwork and backyard drainage improvements! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

My pool was completed just a few short days ago and I couldn't be happier with who I chose to do it. I had 4 pool quotes and Ande and another popular company were the same price. I ended up choosing Ande because his name seems to be out there more (Angies List, member of the BBB, etc) and I just had a good vibe from him lol. He was literally there every step of the way, just like he said he would be. He was always available even if I had a crazy question at 8pm on a Saturday night. We got estimates from about 5 pool contractors besides Ande and he was the most helpful and easiest to talk to. He was also very knowledgeable and we knew we we're going with him right away. He gave me an estimate in 2018 and honored that price in 2019 when other contractors wouldn't. The work was top notch.

5 stars is not enough for Ande's Pools! He DESERVES a 10 STAR review! Trustworthy, Reliable, Dependable,Timely, Patient, and Affordable. I've used Ande over the years for pool service, repairs, and maintenance for both me and my parents pools. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
