We were looking into some water damage at our home, and they came out to give a quote. Super knowledgeable, provided us great solutions. The job was going to be minimum, so they provided solutions we could do on our own instead. Appreciate their knowledge and integrity. I was just at a min-mart gas station and I guy came in without a mask on. The cashier politely asked him to put on a mask. He sneered and angrily said "I won't. It's ridiculous." She said the sign on the door clearly states you need a mask on to enter. He stormed up to the counter and demanded his cigarettes, all the while berating this poor women about the mask policy. We have used Aloha Restoration in Lake Zurich twice. First time painted kitchen, put in lighting, and crown moulding in our master bedroom. Second time crown moulding and painting in other three bedrooms. And new full carpeting to replace old throughout the entire house. Very professional and reasonably priced. Jessica and Jeff (Project manager) were very professional.

I couldn't recommended Aloha enough. We had roof damage after a hail storm 2 years ago. They came on site and reviewed the roof and documented where there deficiencies in its integrity were, after the storm.
They called my insurance company while on-site and had them send an adjuster to work with them and got the roof replacement covered. A week later i had a new roof.
I will be using them again in the future.

We had an issue which was causing water from our shower to go down into the ceiling of the neighbor’s below our unit. We called Aloha to come and assist with getting that problem resolved. They were quick to respond and came out the next day. They had to remove the ceiling above the neighbor’s shower to determine where exactly the water was coming from. During the initial consultation we were assured that they had plumbers which worked with them and would be able to get the situation resolved once the issues were identified. I contacted this company based upon previous recommendations. They were outwardly friendly (Glenn, Manager). Once we got to specifics of the contract, Glenn refused to answer my many calls. He also took with him at our last contact a "panel" with critical remodeling information. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have worked with Aloha extensively and each time I came out of the project confident in the work and pleased with the entire experience. From hardwood install to subfloor repair and a complete fireplace remodel including a wet bar, Aloha can do anything, and everything they have done for me has been beautiful, on time, and on budget. Aloha Restoration was great!! My basement flooded and they remodeled it to better than before! Glen was terrific, very professional. The guys were good craftsmen and trust-worthy. I left them at my house all day while I was at work. I am really happy with the work they did and would use them again for any projects I might have.

We were unfortunate enough to have a water supply line break and flood our downstairs. We were fortunate enough to have Glenn from Aloha Restoration Co. on the job. He was responsive and on top of the project the whole time. New room is beautiful. We hope to use Aloha again for a remodeling job in the future. Awesome group.
