Matt, Charlie, Daniel, and Bree were so helpful and professional, and Ron and Melanie and Jen in the main office answered every question. I would definitely use their services again! What a top notch experience we had when our interior designer had a team from Merchants come to our home to reposition a heavy area rug and move around furniture too heavy for my husband to do on his own and with me as worthless in that work given I have multiple sclerosis and the ship has sailed for me being able to lift and carry furniture. Use Merchants Moving & Storage! What a great experience, from start to finish, it was working with their team! Every person I spoke to on the phone was caring and able to answer all my questions. Justin Tarpley held my hands through the entire process and was extremely responsive (even at odd hours when he should have been with his family). He also showed up while the trailer was being loaded, just to make sure everything was going well. We're looking forward to seeing the crew later this year when our stuff is moved out of their storage. Again, use Merchants Moving & Storage! :)

We recently needed help relocating and contracted with Merchants Moving and Storage in Boise Idaho. Let me say that from the beginning to the end of the moving process, it was without a doubt the easiest and most stress-free move in my life. The local moving crew (Anthony, Jose, Justin and Shay) was dynamite. Of course it was one of the hottest days of the year and we were loading from a storage facility (with no AC or restrooms). If you want a moving company with fast, friendly, and professional people, then Merchants moving and storage is the team to go with. They worked with us on our scheduling and our recent relocation to Eagle and took a 28 foot tightly-packed trailer and unloaded it in less than four hours. This included unwrapping all of the furniture and household goods. They cleaned up their mess, there were no damages on the walls or furniture, and they were most pleasant to work with. I have moved several times in recent years. I used Yelp to find Merchants Moving. I had sold my house and needed to be moved out of State in under 3 weeks. I called Merchants an they set an appointment for me right away with John. That was the beginning of an amazing move. We moved from Orange County, CA to Denver, Colorado and had Merchants Moving company pack and move us. Luke with Atlas moving was our lead mover and driver. He was so professional and took great care of us and our belongings. I couldn't be more pleased and our move went very smooth and not one thing was broken! I highly would recommend them and if you get Luke as your driver, you will be in good hands! I was pleasantly surprised how they took care of everything and Luke made sure we were happy from start to finish! The entire crew were very respectful and hard workers.

From my first contact to the delivery of the furniture everything went very smoothly. I had several heirloom pieces to move from Idaho to Washington and the pick up was the same day the job was bid! The delivery team was just as polite as the pickup team. You was very impressed that all employees had been with the company 10-15 years, a true rarity! Wow. WOW! Completed Part Two of the move -- involving an entire home's worth of stuff. Merchants' team was amazing. There was even an "advance team" (thank you Justin and Brian) who showed up (at exactly the time they said) to strategize over the scary steep driveway so there would be no hiccups in getting trucks in.
