We had a garage and front door installed. Wait time was long but being the pandemic was doing that with other items I totally understood and it was no fault of theirs! But we are very happy with everything that was done on both jobs. Don’t understand the negative reviews about the office. EVERYONE we dealt with was beyond nice. John the salesman especially…. He was very helpful and patient with my wife and I ! He always returned our phone calls promptly. Ed the owner came to our house himself when I asked him to. They were VERY accommodating every step of the way ! I’ve dealt with contractors

Ed Mojica installed 3 oversize doors and 5 openers for me. It was not a standard install. I was very particular with the size and location of the tracks.
They went above and beyond. The install looks custom and very minimalist. I will whole heartedly recommend them. Juan and the two John’s were great. Now up to 8 openers total. Great service. Fast attention to the punch list.

As many people stated, the customer service especially from the people working in the office is terrible. The salesman and professional who came to measure my door were both extremely nice but the rude women in the office made me take my business elsewhere. There are many authorized garage door dealers and installers on Long Island that have nicer and more helpful people working for them and they won’t make you feel like they’re doing you a favor!

I hired this company to install a new garage door. I was initially pleased with my interactions with them until the day of installation. They previously came to measure for the door, looked at the garage, told me what needed to be done and gave me a fair price. I think their prices are fair, but their customer service is terrible.
Long story short is - they could not install the motor they sold to me and needed to install another motor that costs more $. I felt as though they should’ve checked to see which motor would work with my garage when they came for the estimate, sold me the job, and
