I called on a Wednesday. I had an appt for 1:00 pm Thursday (I love next day service). 12:45 pm Thursday, Austin Key was ringing my doorbell. I can appreciate the fact that they arrived early!
After a complete review, he took pictures of my roof and gave me every option. The work was done IMMEDIATELY, and he has the tools right then to do it professionally and correctly.
They are a preferred roofing company of my insurance company, and I can see why.

Austin with J Key Roofing is the epitome of professionalism and so knowledgeable about products. He made recommendations that gave my home curb appeal. Having my roof replaced after storm damage through my insurance company could have been a total headache, but Austin made sure it wasn’t. Rodney with Jkey Roofing. I knew there was storm damage to my roof but my insurance company insisted there wasn't. Rodney did a thorough inspection find several missing shingles, storm damage and a roof that was clearly not up to code. With his help I was able to get another insurance adjuster to come out and was cleared to have my entire roof replaced. Once cleared to start...they finished my roof in one day ! He's the best!! Austin with J Key Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof due to storm damage. My roof looks better than it did when it was brand new almost 16 years ago. Austin's team was so professional, and being my new roof is an insurance claim Austin helped me tremendously with all the steps along the way by doing two inspections taking lots of photo's and even sending emails with lots of pictures of the damages to my adjuster. Austin even did a brittle test on my roof to furthermore proof I needed full roof replacement from the storm damage. Thank You Austin it was such a pleasure doing business with

Called J Key Roofing to have someone come out and take a look at a loose shingle around my chimney. Derek came out the next day and not only addressed the loose shingle but also evaluated the entire roof and found another area where a shingle was improperly installed and fixed. This company is A+ and there is no job too small or too large they can not handle. For all your roofing needs please call these guys. Thank you Derek!

This place is very good at taking your money, but not good at standing behind their work, or getting back to you.
After mismatching some flashing, they came back to touch up paint, but ended up spray painting my siding. Did they come back to fix? Of course not...money in their pocket.
They also destroyed my gutter screens all around the house, did they come back to correct? Of course not.
I'm out $2500 to fix by gutters and siding because of their shoddy workmanship. Don't go near these guys.

Our neighborhood recently had a tornado. The first people here to aide us was J Key Roofing. Not just to get our business, but to help us go through the process. Most of the people in our neighborhood rent and even though they had to use other contractors that their landlord had working for him, J Key Roofing still provided support, explained the process, offered their cards in case any questions arose and even put tarp on some of the roofs that the other roofing companies did not seem to want to do.
