One coat stucco application consisting of a water resistant barrier, wire lath, fiber reinforced base coat with embedded fiberglass mesh, caulking around window and door penetrations, colored primer coating, and a synthetic finish to complete the application. Traditional three coat stucco application consisting of the same application as a one coat with the addition of a scratch coat before the brown coat is installed.

Casias Inc. is awesome from start to finish, top to bottom. If you are in need of QUALITY Stucco, Stone, or Plaster work at more then fair cost make sure and give Jake Casias a text or call. Work was completed ahead of schedule and when talking to people about whom to use for Stucco work Casias Inc. was mentioned multiple times. In addition to housing they do and have done some of the biggest commercial jobs on the Western Slope such as Ed Bozarth Chevy, Oxbow Crossing Mall in Montrose, and Major Mortgage in Grand Junction just name a few. The references are endless and you will NOT be disappointed
