As far as estimates for a central air conditioner, had a pleasant experience with the Sales guy; Christopher Handsy, he was very thorough and informative. Estimate was reasonable too. With the crazy wind and power outages my furnace went out, they were here about 15 min after my call. The new furnace was install the next morning.
I just want to say thanks, im warming up and find it a little funny that my furnace doesnt sound like a helicopter anymore. Amazing guys, my dogs even liked them. Professional, fair and honest. The didn't have the size in stock, but offered to either order it or fashion a sheet metal spacer so that more common air filters would fit.

I went 2 weeks ago to get some parts the lady was very rude she was like discriminated me and acting so stupid i just told her thanks ill go somewhere else

They are very busy so you might have to call twice. And you’d better be home when the tech calls because he’s usually already on his way by then. But, they will solve your issue, whatever it is. Their tw us are all very knowledgeable. They can get your furnace or a/c working! They did both for me!

About a month and a half ago I had a second air conditioning unit installed by Lizut and I was very pleased with their quick response and installation. Sales person came on a Thursday morning and my unit was installed by Thursday afternoon. Crew was pleasant and professional. Unit is working fantastic and they also sent me a Thank you card thanking me for my business. Yes I would recommend them and they didn't ask me to do a review for them. Thanks Lizut

Lizut installed 2 new AC units for me and did an awesome job. I had several quotes from Randazzo and other companies. Lizut was the best quote.
The crew were on time, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They also fixed my pool heater and were able to address the issue fast.
I highly recommend using these guys.

They came to my house TWICE and only did what I had called in for and not one thing else. The first time was ten minutes. The second time 20 minutes. The second guy had no personality and could barely answer my questions. They knew I was a single woman buying my first house and knew nothing about HVAC. You would think they would take the time to see what else needed fixing. But instead did minimum work and left. They charge $89 for the call and get in and out as quickly as possible. Only one mile from my new home but I will find somebody that cares!

Lizut is completely and totally irresponsible. If I knew how to rate them "no stars" I'd do it. They don't return calls; they don't show up when they say they will, or they don't show up at all. It took us weeks to get them to commit to a time to service our generator and then, not only did they not come, but they didn't have the common decency to call and let us know. The sad thing is that, on the rare occasions when they do show up, they actually seem to know what they are doing. What they don't know is basic customer service.

The first time I dealt with them, they sent someone out who was not capable to solve the issue: It smelt burnt in my house and the fire department had shut off the furnance. That guy said it simply was the dust burning off, even though the furnace had run for weeks. Two days later, the burnt smell was back. Called the company. They said they would send someone out. I called back several times that day to get an update, since I am working full time and need

Awful company.. Buyer beware.. We had central air installed in our house 2 years ago.. The air sometimes works and sometimes doesn't ..Try to get a hold of this company for service is impossible. They outwardly lie to you say they are coming to your home and never show up..They have a receptionist that answers the phone and she lies to you and says you are on the schedule for today .. But again no one shows up..You literally have to spend hours calling them and make them honor their warranty. Then when they do finally show up the air will work for a week and then stop again..This company needs

Pathetic service-have called several times for a complete heat/air problem on a system that was installed by them.Either they don't call back or they didn't know how to fix the problem if they come out. After waiting since the end of May(they still have not called)decided to call Calverley heating and cooling and it was fixed on the first trip out.The AC has worked flawlessly since and it is a pleasure to have responsible, professional and intelligent company fix the problems they could not.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LIZUT!!!

A bunch of crooks! This company totaled my vehicle with one of their company vans, and fled the scene of the accident. I filed a police report and Ken Lizut himself reached out to me to "settle it outside of the insurance company." Since then every time I call their establishment they hang up on me, when I'm trying to discuss legal matters with them. I am taking legal action, and this company is known for fraudulent interactions with their customers. DO NOT trust this company or their employees. I live approx 2 miles away from Lizut - I made an appointment on 10/20/2014 for a technician to look at my boiler at 8:30am. I also took time from work to meet with the tech at this time.
9:00am rolls around and i'm wondering where the technician is - so I drive down the road to Lizut to see what is going on.
They tell me their service guy called in sick.
NO ONE BOTHERED TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ME.

I live above the business next to Lizut. I park my car out front, daily, because I LIVE here. This morning I look out my window and notice that one of their work vans has both doors wide open, the driver side rear door touching my car. I continue to watch and 2-3 employees go by, continuing to fill the back of the van. I took several pictures and a video of the owner, shutting the door, again, scraping and scratching the paint on my car. BEWARE- It is my personal advice that people should NOT conduct business with this company. They did NOT honor thier contract with my family, and they are guilty of Fraud against us. We have been lied to on Many occasions by employees: Chris, and Ken- who uses vulgar language and demonstrates an incredibly low level of intelligence.
They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for their actions.
This company offered a promotion which my family accepted, but they only fulfilled 50% of the obligations and have made every effort to ignore completing the rest of it.
