David was great. Been searching for 6+ months for someone to relocate/install an attic access hatch. Many contractors we contacted said it was too small a job and franchise handyman services were charging unfair prices. David responded to my inquiry same day, clarified what it was I wanted, and gave me an upfront estimate.
Showed up on agreed upon day on time, performed the work SAME DAY, and addressed some electrical items that weren't to code in our attic for a small additional fee (this was optional, David was upfront about pricing before touching it and we agreed to it for peace of mind of

David was amazing. Super accommodating and worked around my 9-5PM work schedule and did great work. We were looking to have someone do work ASAP and David came to give us a quote and started work the very next day. Hung shutters, new light fixtures (interior and exterior), and did a great job power washing, sanding, and staining our deck. Really nice and knowledgable. Great communication. Will definitely use again!

We would highly recommend Bolder Remodeling. This is our 2nd project with David and his work is excellent. We had our master bath updated and we now have a beautiful spa bathroom. He quickly responded to our request for a quote and started the work the next week. He even continued working during our vacation. He kept us informed throughout the project and answered all of our questions.

David did an exceptional job remodeling both my hall and master bathroom. He was extremely patient with all my questions and ensured the work was performed exactly as I wished - from both technical (operational) and aesthetic stand point. He kept in communication with me throughout the entire project. He is very honest and treated my house with the respect that he would treat his own. I am more than pleased with how everything looks!

We contracted Bolder to remodel two bathrooms (Guest and Master) which were substantially outdated. Based on our satisfaction with the bathroom update, we then decided to contract Bolder for wallboard repair and interior painting. David K gave us quotes that were very thorough and comprehensive. Though not the lowest bid we received, his quotes (by project) were very inclusive and we did not have any surprises. All projects ran on budget. When we decided on a change in scope, David made several suggestions that saved money and achieved our goals. He was very professional and communicated frequently
