We did this ridiculous docu-sign BS in 2019 got the solar panels installed - spent two years playing the point the finger game as the solar panels were not producing what they said they would do. Called multiple times got the run around they set up appointments to "run tests" never showed then they show up on my doorstep the other night to supposedly address the situation had me sign again for another BS project as we needed 8 more panels wanted another $14000.00 with their 5 year guarantee - oh but wait we are still in the damn 5 year guarantee time frame to where they will fix this

Great experience so far. Waiting on panels to be placed on my home now. But Mike Ziemba came to my home and was very knowledgeable about what our journey would entail. I have wanted solar panels for years now and after speaking with Mike, made that leap and we’re so happy about our decision. Solid company with years of experience. What a dishonest, sleazy company that uses aggressive door to door tactics.
They sent a young kid to my door who asked to speak to me when my son answered. He didn’t identify himself, but he wanted to know if he was at The Summerhill residence. Excuse me? Who the heck are you?! He repeated himself over and over, demanding to know if he was at… The Summerhill residence. When I finally answered yes, he asked me if I knew about Idaho ms renewable energy program. Give me a break. Do you think I don’t know sales tactics when I see them? Do you think I don’t see his Horizon badge

I was super impressed by the install crew at my house. They were knowledgeable, professional, and quick. They got the panels up in just over an hour and the electrical was done shortly after. Everything in our experience has been extremely smooth, the process was straightforward. The office personnel were communicative on timelines and very responsive to any questions we had. Now we are just waiting on the power company to swap out our meter and our system will be on! Nothing but good things to say about HorizonPWR!

Amazing people I like how they knock on our door and didn’t try to sel us anything just wanted to give us info and opinions they even asked if we can set an appointment to go over solar . I had an interview today and waited 25mins for the interviewer (super nice guy once he sat down with me). I mentioned to another person waiting next to me that I’d give the guy only a few more minutes until I leave because I had priorities to get done. Another employee overheard and rudely said “then just leave. Don’t waste his time if you don’t actually want this job. We don’t care”. It was so disrespectful as I was patiently waiting for so long just to see what job I even applied for as they didn’t state if it was strictly summer sales

Colby showed up at my door and gave my wife and I a little spiel about going solar. It was interesting and fun to listen to especially since I've been wanting to get solar panels on my house for a while. After we decided to get them Colby was very helpful with making sure I had everything I needed and let me know how the whole process was going to be. The whole team worked with us to get everything done and had no issues with rescheduling (my wife had a baby and not everything went according to plan, we ended up rescheduling twice in the same day). A Horizonpwr rep came knocking on doors on my street a couple weeks ago. We've been curious about solar power so my wife and I agreed to have him over and listen to his pitch. Before I knew it, we were Docu-signing agreements, giving them sensitive information, disclosing income, and paying $100 for a site inspection, a fee I was assured was refundable if we decided to pass on getting solar, as long as we did it within 3 days.
