I bought my new home from (Rob) the owner of this company. He told me he would put the best heating and ac system in the house. Told me not to worry it’s a custom home. He only put a 4 Ton and the house should have a 5 Ton or bigger with the square footage and tall ceiling. My other house is smaller then this one and has a 5 Ton. The upstairs room in the new house is always hot or cold unit can’t keep up. He also said the house was coming with a Kinetico Water Systems and it didn’t.
