Albert came out to my property and was very nice. He gave me a rough estimate for the job and said he would email me the quote. I called over a week later to remind his secretary that I would like the quote. She said she would pass along the message. Nothing. Three weeks passed and I found his business card and texted him, asking if I possibly upset him somehow at our meeting. No response. The owner seemed nice enough but you might want to have a backup company in mind because you may never hear from them again. As it turns out I’ve got another company about to start the job.

I hired them to paint during a renovation. I paid them in full before they even started and I accommodated every request made by Albert. During the renovation, they failed to properly cover my brand new $1,600 shade which they damaged and refused to pay to replace it. Completely unprofessional. I would not hire them again or recommend them.

Owlz Painting was recommended by our real estate agent after we bought a house in Austin. I met many different people to give me quotes and to come to fix part of the house, from painting, floor, to AC, insulation, tree trimming, window tinting, etc. Albert, the owner of Owlz, was very professional and did a fantastic job.
I started by asking him to paint two rooms that previous owner did by themselves. There was old paint on the door frame and the baseboard. And the color is too dark for me. Albert sent two men and made the two rooms totally new! Bad news is it makes the rest of the house look
