Very happy with the cleaning that was just done on my upholstered couches and rug. The rug looks brand new. Professional and reasonably priced and showed up on time. Very important to us. Soi was in need of carpet cleaning within a short period of time. Wasnt a fan of the dry carpet cleaning and I trued our previous "go to" steam cleaner and the phone rep was apathetic and didnt get back to me and when i contacted her back she seemed like she could care less. I THEN contacted AquaTec as I had seen 5 star reviews. They couldnt tell me for sure but they did promise to check appts and get back with me even after 5, 530 pm had come and gone. I have a dog that loves to have accidents and eat his snacks on carpets only. I am also a clean freak that prefers non-toxic products. I am so glad i found aquatec steam cleaning. They have a solution specifically for pet accidents. They are non-toxic and basically zero smell in their product. My carpets always look brand new after they leave.
I have also had them steam area rugs, tile/grout, and my upholstered headboard.

They went through some hiccups due to their President falling ill. But once they realized a mistake in following-up, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of going forward. Every drop off is very thorough, with the delivery driver taking the time to unroll my rugs and explaining the care and cleaning taken to it. Highly recommend!

I want to thank the entire AquaTec team for their profession service from beginning to end. Scheduling was seamless. On the day of service, Brock called right on time and was at our house within less than 30 minutes. He walked the house with us and even helped us with additional service for some stains we had given up on in an area rug in the formal living room. In less than two hours he was done and our rugs and carpets look like new. To be clear, it has now been two weeks since our service and we couldn't be happier. They were awesome! Very thorough fast and friendly. They also did a great job at protecting the furniture and cleaning up. There is no better floor cleaning company in Houston! What a fantastic company! We found them because they were cleaning carpets in a unit behind us and my wife got their business card. We had them here today to clean 2 room, 1 hallway, and the stairs. We haven't had the carpet professionally cleaned for 11 years. Always do it with our home cleaner.

I needed routine rug cleaning for all the rugs in my house. No stains or what-not. I sent a quote request online, and indicated the brands, sizes, and fiber content if each. They got back to me the next day, and I moved forward with making an appointment. They called me the day before to confirm they'd be by tomorrow within X window of time. Then they called me again when they were on the way, within my time window.

All the process (from getting a quote until shaking hands at the end of the job) was an absolute pleasure.
Ivan and I exchanged messages before setting up an appointment. He answered all of my questioms and addressed all my concerns (I'm pregnant and was concerned about chemicals used in the process).
We set up an appointment for today. He said he was going to be here between 1 and 3 pm and that he will call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. It was exactly what happened
