We just finished a master bath remodel and PI Granite was recommended to us. We had talked with a few other suppliers already and were ready to move forward. But since PI Granite was recommended, we decided to see what they had to offer. And are we glad we did! After meeting with them, we were blown away by their attitude, their options for stone counters, their competitive pricing and their overall way of doing business. We hired PI to remodel our kitchen and bath counter tops. Very nice work, but each job needed to be delayed and rescheduled at least twice. We were not in a rush, so not a problem. We asked Michael for an estimate for our kitchen backsplash, which he gave. When my husband contacted Lida re: installation date, he was told it may be as early as the following week, but she needed to contact her tilers to assess the progress of their current job. We waited a week and a half without word. My husband called Edward. He told us he would check with Lida and call us back. Two weeks later, we called again

So to make this short and easy....If you are in need of a new kitchen counter, backsplash, new shower or anything that is tile, granite, and you are using PI Tile and Granite, you have made your FIRST and BEST DECISION.
I have tried to work with 4 other companies not including PI, who were "too busy" or just not helpful in what works for my home. Lida, the owner is a TRUE professional and willing to give her opinion when help is needed. NEVER pushy, but this is THE most responsive company I have worked with. Incredibly respectful of me and my time and She answers her phone after hours when needed

We highly recommend this company and were thrilled with the results. Lida, the sales manager, was extremely responsive. We met her and her husband, Michel, on a Saturday to pick out the material for our bathroom vanity tops. They had beautiful selections on hand, from which we were able to choose. Michel measured for us the next Monday, and our new counters were installed that Wednesday. I was so surprised and pleased with the turnaround time and craftsmanship of the work. I love our new counters and would use this company again.

We cant express enough how much we loved working with the fine folks at PI granite. Mrs. Lida and her staff worked with us until we finally made a decision on which stone to place in our home. I must admit we were hard to satisfy with our stone choice but they would not stop until they found us what we wanted and within our budget.
