Michael and his crew came out and opened our pool for the summer. They were great to work with! Very kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I are first time pool owners so we had a teaching lesson also. Michael was wonderful! He walked me through everything so that I knew how to take care and maintain our pool. We will definitely continue to utilize their services and will recommend them to anyone!

Charged more than what was on the contract after the work was completed! Made a huge mess which we had to get them to clean up after installing a new liner! Charged to connect filter and pump but filter was not working and we got another the next day and didn’t want to come back out to connect after we were already charged for the connection! Terrible customer service! Rude and not professional! Will never work with them again!

I feel they did a horrible job opening my mother in law's pool charged her over 500.00 dollars lit the heater and never checked to see if it works installed the steps wrong and she paid to have the pool cleaned but left sticks and durt in the pool didn't show up when they said they would. This is a 80 year old.

So happy with the great service and knowledgeable staff! They did not only look at our pool water test results, they LISTENED to our water "color" problem and came up with a great solution which resolved within 24 hours. They know pool chemistry!! Thank you for taking the time to listen and resolve our problem quickly and with minimal products/cost.

Elite pool ripped me off!!!! We just bought a house last year (2012) and it came with a large in ground pool that had been abandoned for a couple a years. Mike assured us that within two weeks we would be ready to open. After the initial appointment, they came to clean, but it started to rain, so they left after two hours. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw two charges in my account, one for $330.00 and the other for $385.00. He sent me an invoice that only makes sense to them. To make the story short we had to empty the pool and cleaned our self, it took us a couple of days and all that time

I had a horrible experience. I called for a replacement cord for my pump, and the girl who answered my call asked for all the info off of my pump. I gave all that she asked for, and she said she will call me by noon the next day when it comes in on the truck, to come pick it up. I never got a call, and I called several times with no answer, and no return phone call on the message I left. I went in and the girl I placed the order with called her family member on the phone and asked him "Where is the cord? "I told mom it was a cord". She showed me two interlock plug replacements in two different
