Floor To Ceiling

Bob and his crew were great to work with. They have many flooring options to choose from and Bob made the pricess simple. They were quick at ordering and installing the floors and counter tops We'll use them again.

We had vinyl flooring installed on one floor and steps. The work was mostly acceptable but they needed to come out several times to redo work on the stairs as well a couple of other minor problems. Understanding that this work was done two years ago, when I asked them to come back this winter to attach several baseboards which had never been reattached correctly after their work they informed me that there would be charge. We are talking about less that 1/2 hour using a nail gun to secure 6-7 boards.

Waited over a hour never got waited on, the sales person never even acknowledged that we were in the store. Would not go back!

CJ and Brady came to install carpet in two rooms and vinyl in another. The service we received was very professional and their work was superior to any we have received in the past. Eric is who sold us the carpet and vinyl and he was awesome in getting everything lined up to have everything installed in a very fast time frame. I will recommend Floor to curling to everyone. Love this place! We had a family emergency and needed flooring on short notice. Bob at Floor to Ceiling came through for us, as he has done before. The quality of work was excellent, and we appreciated his help so very much!

Just finished getting new wood floors and tile floors in our entire main level. Floor to Ceiling was really awesome helping me make good decisions for our home. They worked out how to make eveything even (tile to wood without a level change). I thought we could do the tile ourselves, and after one room I decided we should have a pro do the job, they helped line up someone to do the tile. They helped with everything and the results are awesome - and everthing was done really quickly.

Ordered standard counter tops in Nov. finished end of Feb. delay after delay. I had to call several times to see what was going on, the salesman had no real excuses except ya we've been busy. So frustrated called to talk to manager he never returned my call, checked with receptionist and she said she gave him the message to call. Hook ya and forget ya!!!

This store had done 2 previous jobs and I was happy. Now I wanted 2 bathrooms and an entry done. Granted one bathroom had water damage and the entry would need to match the wood floors height in my cabin. It required some problem solving. The entry solution was suggested by them. Someone came out to look and measure. The next person never showed up and I stay home all day. Finally after calling I got a return call, no they would not do it. What a waste of time they would pull the toilet but not reconnect it either. I wanted someone to solve the problem. They don't do more than roll out the vinyl

We used floor to ceiling for many things in the construction of our house. We were very pleased with their service and quality of products purchased. After 3 years we had a problem and Bob was more than happy to take care of it! Great people with customer service that is top notch!
