UPDATE TO PRIOR REVIEW: So after my Social Media blitz about my situation, I was contacted by Cubitac Cabinetry! Their customer service rep, Max A., emailed me for photos - which I've shared here now. He called me and promised to help. Here we are at the very end of September and he's in the wind. Yes, not a peep or sound from Cubitac. So take a lesson everyone out there. Cubitac Cabinetry's guarantee to "back up their products" is worthless. BUYER BEWARE! Just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I'll keep you posted!

I bought Cubitac cabinetry (Sofia - Sable Glaze) from a vendor for a kitchen remodel/renovation. Installed in the summer of 2019, within 3 months issues began. (no children nor pets so it’s only 2 adults in the household-light usage.)
Face of under-island microwave cabinet began cracking & has gotten progressively worse.
2 door hinges on 2 different lower cabinets have pulled away from the door. So now doors cannot be opened without falling down.
The glass front catty-corner upper cabinet has an unsightly zigzag seam right in the front of the shelf which stares at me every time I look at/open

I have been trying to reach someone at this company for weeks. I left messages and spoke to someone once and got no follow up. One of their rented trucks side swiped my car and the driver just up and drove out of the parking lot without stopping to change paper. I have a hit and run report and a crash report filed with the local police.

Being an installer for many years and coming across many different Cabinet companies I most say that there product and service is at the highest.
I never yet got to a job site and see missing items or damaged Cabinets. If something came in damaged witch can happen on delivery it will be replaced within the next 24hours

Excellent cabinets. My installer measured correctly and Cubitac supplied the touch up kit. One cabinet was damaged in transit and the replacement was delivered in a weeks time. Very happy with my new kitchen cabinets!

One star is one too many. I have never in my life experienced such a pathetic customer service. The issues with the quality (and I am using this word loosely - there is no quality - just garbage) of the cabinets are endless – we ordered the cabinets in October and almost 13 months later, we continue to deal with the delays and awful customer service. Not sure how they are staying in business with such a pathetic service and product. My next call is to Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. I spent over $23,000 on cabinets, I have not used most of them as I am patiently waiting for them to be fixed
